@jazzdynamos put on another wonderful show yesterday @nordenfarm performing a variety of popular songs with their own unique arrangement, courtesy of @adelmanmark to delight and surprise the audience. Their arrangement of the classic #9to5 by #dollyparton was of course included in memory of the great lady along with songs by artists such as Genesis, Squeeze and The Police. It was, as always, a pleasure to be there and my thanks to my good friend @dennisartisclaricecliff for trusting my recommendation and for driving #supportindependentmusicians #supportlivemusic #supportmusicvenues @lucyrandellvoice @andersjanes

A Day for Amy in Camden. 🖤

Sunday was about remembering Amy, celebrating 15 years of the Amy Winehouse Foundation and shining a light on the important work it continues to do.

We felt incredibly blessed to be trusted with looking after Janis throughout the day. From midday until 6.30pm, our priority was making sure she felt comfortable, supported and able to enjoy such a special occasion. Deano, the twat in the hat, on security.

Janis truly shone. She spent time with Amy’s fans, posed for photographs and made so many people feel seen and special.

We invited @madnezz_of_amy to be with us, gurl I love you, it is a reminder of a younger me 20 years ago, she has the passion energy and love for Amy and it shines through .

Janis, Mitch and Jane Winehouse helped establish the Foundation 15 years ago, so having Janis there meant so much.
A long and emotional day, the @amysfoundation volunteers are just amazing people. A beautiful day filled with music, memories and so much love for Amy, she legacy lives on 🖤

Yesterday was one of the most overwhelming, emotional and beautiful days I’ve experienced since becoming Madnezz of Amy. ❤️

I was incredibly honoured to be invited to Camden to remember Amy ahead of the 15th anniversary of her passing this Thursday, 23rd July.
To spend time with Mitch, Janis and Jane, sharing stories and memories of Amy, is something I’ll treasure forever. I also had the privilege of meeting the amazing volunteers from the Amy Winehouse Foundation and hearing first-hand how the charity has changed so many young lives through its work supporting those affected by addiction and mental health challenges. It really put into perspective just how important the Foundation is.

A huge thank you to Lucy Randell and her incredible band for such a beautiful tribute to Amy’s music. Hearing those songs performed with so much soul, honesty and love in the heart of Camden was truly special.

And finally… to Laura Butler. ❤️ Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible Amy community with open arms. From our very first FaceTime call you’ve been a mentor, a friend and someone who’s always had time to offer advice and encouragement. You remind me every day that this is about so much more than the beehive, the eyeliner or singing the songs. It’s about honouring Amy with respect, feeling every lyric, celebrating her legacy and giving something back. Without Amy, none of us would be here doing what we love.

Camden is marking 15 years since Amy Winehouse’s passing with a free live concert this Sunday. 🖤

@lucyrandellvoice and her band perform at the Camden Stables Market Amphitheatre, bringing Amy’s music back to the neighbourhood she called home.

Free to attend, with donations going to the @amysfoundation which supports young people to build resilience and reach their potential. An event by @love.camden.
