there’s an innate thing within you that’s very lovable

where have you been hiding your rage, and your messiness… and what would it mean to finally set it free?

on this week’s episode of the @radicalhotties podcast i chat to my tender friend and fellow revolutionary artist @megtall about the art of being an angry woman 💕🔥⚖️

we met as housemates in london way back in 2020 and became true, glittering friends walking parallel paths to uncover the truth of our lives through the lens of our artistry.

communing with Meg always reminds me there is a space inside us all that is innately lovable, and that we don’t have to perform fake nicety or politeness to be deserving of love.

as a ~recovering~ people pleaser, i have often looked to meg as a beautiful embodiment of what it means to reconnect to the wisdom of my rage.

in a world that socialises women to shrink, reclaiming the truth of our anger and our mess is a radical act, and one that can return us to our deepest power.

But why do we have to do it like that?????

In the modern world, devoting to a spiritual path or community can feel like a loss of personal freedom.

But many spiritual traditions and practices have been designed to lead you towards a specific state or experience.

When it comes to spiritual training, can you ever really just do what you want?

And how do you discern between true spiritual teaching, and someone who just wants to siphon your power?

what’s happening now is just the cause and effect of everything that happened before.

so what does that mean for where we focus our attention today, and the impact that has on what comes after us?

how beautiful to get to speak to the hilarious hanna @grace.pilled for this week’s episode of the @radicalhotties podcast titled “the tantric urge to throw your phone in the river + find god everywhere”

we discuss why apple is such an attention **** and how we can steal our attention to focus on things other than the armpit of planet Earth (social media)

Hanna shares her own story of spiritual awakening from scientific teenage atheism to a path of devotion and what it means to cultivate a spiritual practice as a regular householder (e.g. no longer in the ashram)

we go deep on affectionate detachment, the evolution of planetary consciousness PLUS the evolution of our own self expression through detaching from our avatars 😌

plus Hannah gives her advice on when you should devote to a spiritual teacher and when you should RUN 🧚🏽‍♀️❤️‍🔥😁

on the dangers of navigating spiritual awakening in severed lineages…

in the synchronicity of everything, when @lucyydk was moving through some unexpected shifts in consciousness she was recommended the book ‘living with kundalini’

it was a relief to read somebody else’s experiences, even many decades prior of some of the experiences she was moving through

in lineages where we have been severed from our traditional practices and energetic understanding, where our eldership has often been colonised and taken from the rituals that would normally initiate us through these waters, how can we now begin to close some of the gaps that have emerged, and move safely back into full and true connection with spirit and our own spiritual power?

the amount of money you have is not linked to your deservingness of having food

the fact that those things have even been conflated is RIDICULOUS.

this is how i know i’m from a different planet because… what is going on 😭
