Girls who train together move differently. ❤️‍🔥

There’s something pretty fun about getting a bunch of women in a room, giving them rings, bars and a few ridiculous things to attempt, and watching what happens.

A little bit of strength. A little bit of showing off. A lot of laughing when things don’t quite go to plan.

That’s what I love about calisthenics. You’re building genuine strength, but you’re also learning what your body can do. And somewhere along the way, training starts feeling a lot more like playing.

All under our red lights, with only six mats and plenty of individual coaching.

Come have a play with us in Bondi Junction.

Two weeks unlimited for $79. Link in bio. ❤️

I never wait until I’m 100% ready.

One thing owning a business has taught me is that the longer I sit on an idea, the heavier it gets.

The anxiety builds. The procrastination builds. The fear builds. The doubt gets louder.

So when an idea sprouts, I’ve learned to move.

Not recklessly. Not without thinking. But before I’ve had enough time to talk myself out of it.

Action has become my fastest highway through fear.

Because imagine all the time we lose waiting to feel ready.

How much could you have learned by now? How much further could you be? How many things would already exist if you’d started when the idea first arrived?

Sometimes you don’t need more confidence. You need movement.

Make the decision. Send the message. Book the thing. Start the project. Try the class. Put it out there.

Give doubt less time to organise itself.

You only get one life anyway.

Your life is happening now. Have a hand in shaping it.

You know it's passion when taking a break and going on holidays means more time to do it. So blessed to have found embroidery so early on in life 🤍

Been having a massive writing and drawing block lately but I find that these lil imperfect collages help me connect to the playfulness behind it and slowly start creating again. Extra Lui love points if it's a bird we're doing ✨🕊️

My first hoop ever made, a traditional American tattoo inspired embroidery that made me fall in love with this artistic expression. Thinking about turning this and a few more into a sticker collection soon!!

Upcycling these green New Balance pants that I found at Vinnie's to give my closet a lil star magic, but most importantly, to break the posting block ✨🪡
