A closer look inside the installation space for Connecting Japan Vol. 2. Presented by Lano Contemporary in collaboration with Canvas Confluence Collective, we perceive this exhibition space not merely as a room for display, but as a dynamic landscape where diverse cultural narratives and contemporary practices intersect. Rather than presenting isolated aesthetics, these walls serve as a space for active dialogue. Here, Japanese influences and collective expressions are not treated as distant concepts, but as a living energy renegotiated through the universal language of art. Art thrives in these connections moving in a conscious, critical, and open negotiation across boundaries. Swipe through to explore the installation, and visit the gallery to experience this ongoing visual conversation in person. 15 May 2026 - 4 June 2026 Tue - Sun | 10am - 5pm Open to the public, Free Entry Lanö Contemporary Art Gallery Jl. Raya Campuhan No.88X 3rd Fl, Sayan, Ubud, Gianyar 80571

Lano Contemporary Art Gallery, in collaboration with CCC, proudly presents Connecting Japan Vol. 2. Operating under the theme “Parallel Currents,” this exhibition endeavors to interpret the artistic trajectories of Indonesia and Japan through a dynamic exchange of ideas, cultural practices, and collective imagination. This initiative is spearheaded by CCC, an organization dedicated to cultivating a collaborative ecosystem within the arts. Through curated exhibitions, public programs, and transnational exchanges, CCC actively engages with artists and communities across Indonesia, the broader Asian region, and beyond. Its core mission is to provide a platform that unites diverse creative approaches, fosters meaningful dialogue, and paves the way for collective experimentation. The exhibition features the works of three distinguished Japanese artists: DISKAH, MOZYSKEY, and Lui Araki. While each artist brings a highly distinct perspective, their practices are collectively rooted in the vibrant landscape of Japanese urban and street culture, drawing profound inspiration from the skate and graffiti movements. Exhibition Details: May 15 – June 4, 2026 At Lano Contemporary Art Gallery, Bali
