I haven’t said much about it but I have been on a journey. A journey to better myself and be here longer. After fighting a battle I didn’t know I had with a Fibroid the size of a basketball 4 years ago and realizing I had lipedema plus perimenopause that caused many hormonal offsets. I have been working on me. I have almost lost 100 pounds in a year and truly more as I was truly close to 375 over a year ago. It’s the time to focus on becoming and showing who I really am. No more hiding the legs and arms I was ashamed to have but no matter what I did they did nothing but grow. I almost gave up many times and became lost. But Luis and my family mean so much to me. I had a friend that started a GLP1 and saw it helped and figured I to would start a GLP1 on my own that made me sick. I think I was a combination of a random GLP1 Semiglutide I ordered online and part my body saying what the hell. I quit that one. All before GLP was really even popular. Then that same friend recommended a wellness clinic near us and I said ok try again. I went there and started a new GLP1 Trizepitide combined with the proper testing of my hormones. I was super deficient in many. So on the right track and information on proper diet I began to actually lose weight. But the rest depended on me. Eat right DRINK WATER, and do some minor changes for exercise. Has this road been easy no cause my body still rejects. A GLP1 helps but is not the magic weight loss treatment. My body would stabilize and not lose. I now have an additional peptide I take. And have to train my mind mentally to overcome many hurdles. Being overweight is not like turning a switch on. If you think that then your wrong. It is a process. I think I am doing well and am excited and my body says oh no you don’t. My mind is in always in ahead of my body. Kinda like I see someone very different than what’s in the mirror. I will put more in the comments..
