Congratulations to my daughter Sam and her fiancé Luis. Moms want a lot of things for their daughters, someone caring, someone funny, and most of all someone who cheers them on thru this life. She found that person and we’re all proud to have him in our family.

⚡️Immersed⚡️

If you work out for two hours straight hiding in your hoodie.. you’re probably in your gym rat final form 😅

Horse blinders on, focused, determined, and staring at the underside of your hat. With banging weights , gym music blasting , and even in a room full of people, you’re not allowing a single distraction.

Progress isn’t about comparison, it’s about personal growth. It’s not about who’s doing better, it’s about being better than I was yesterday.💪✨

⚡️Sunday Calibration⚡️

Everybody needs their own special time to recalibrate their mind. My time happens to be a precious, small sliver of Sunday.
•
Running a business in #NYC is an extremely mentally taxing task. It is one hundred percent a 24/7 operation no questions asked. There is literally always something to do, something going on whether it being, dealing with the department of buildings, dealing with CON-ED, making sure NEC is followed, passing inspections , making sure you’re following IRS protocol , ordering correct material, doing payroll , delegating work, making sure homeowners are taken care of , replanning and PRE-planning at any given moment blah blah blah etc etc etc…… it goes on and ON!! … and always a customer on the other end of the phone inquiring about your services..
•
The only time all of this noise around me shuts down is doing something extremely focus demanding… like exercise or the cold plunge.. It is literally like supercharging a battery.
•
I truly pray all of you have special time dedicated to clearing all noise from the mind , and hope you all charged your mental and physical batteries, and have a fresh start to the week!!!

When they’re kids it’s easy to keep them close, when they’re adults keep them closer. The Amazing Escape Room followed by Bury the Hatchet then feed them. Then Love them all any way you can.
Early Happy Birthday to my Kerry.
