Most people don’t understand that...

There are way too many ways in which having a mental preparation routine can help your personal life.

Think about it...

Wouldn’t it be better if you were more confident in general? Less anxious to take a test, to talk to someone you have a crush on, or to speak in public?

🧠 Those are just a few of the aspects influenced by your mental side.

I wanna give you a real-life example 👇

There was an athlete that joined the Athlete Mentality Academy (while it was still called Winner Mindset Course) a while ago. She was a volleyball player at that time, and she was feeling too nervous to compete.

By committing herself to train her mind, she was able not only to overcome that but as she graduated from college, she moved on to another challenge: pursuing the goal of becoming a reporter, which also requires a lot of confidence and being able to deal with anxiety and nervousness 😬

With her experience and the skills she developed, she is able today to do that with great excellence. Luisa is a very successful and talented reporter at FOX 47 News in Lansing, Michigan.

As a top reporter, she shows that she is great at communicating in front of the camera and she was able to achieve one of her goals by developing the mental skills for that.

Investing your time working on your mind will not only make things easier in your sports career, but in every difficulty you may go through daily 🥶

Do you feel like that, after starting your mental training or changing your mindset?

Let me know 👇

For the past four years it would be easy to say that college is hard😂 but there is so much more to it.. you learn more than what a book could ever teach you. From my amazing professors to all of the beautiful people I now call friends❤️ you grow so much in such a short time🐛🦋 but I did it and it is so rewarding🎉 to all of you out there still on your scholarly journey, you got this! Stay unique and trust the process mi amigos!🎓 @luluisaw_ for the amazing photos! She is beginning her journey as a photography and media creator!🥰

This afternoon there was a lovely commencement ceremony on the beautiful grounds of Madonna University.

I’m so very proud of these amazing young people - I can’t fully convey my respect and admiration for them. Words aren’t enough.

They handled adversity and uncertainty with so much grace, dignity, and heart these last many long months.

I couldn’t be more grateful to know them and I when I grow up, I hope to be just like them.

Mittlerweile meinen manche, Fakten seien Auslegungssache. Let’s do this together! 💪💥🙌 #nomorefakenews
