The Soulfuls Mentoring Lounge returned to Copenhagen Fashion Week @cphfw for the second time & this year as part of its 20th anniversary edition.

In partnership with @cphfw, we brought 80+ emerging talents, mentors and industry leaders into one room for direct conversations, introductions and access to the people shaping the industry.

For us, this is bigger than a mentoring event.

It shows what can happen when talent development becomes part of the industry itself, not something happening outside of it.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity should be too.

Some of the most important moments at Fashion Week don’t happen on the runway.

They happen in rooms like this.

Rooms where experience is shared.
Introductions are made.
Confidence grows.
And someone leaves seeing new possibilities for their future.

Yesterday, our Mentoring Lounge brought together industry leaders and in one room with 60+ young talents during Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Thank you to everyone who helped make room.

Del to af Mors Fede Døve Ferie:

👌🏼 Et par genstridige propper i ørerne gjorde mig halvdøv og historisk overskudsagtig på campingtur til Bornholm:

👦🏼 Aldrig har jeg været så overbærende med brok over sand mellem tæerne, grædende babyer om natten og eventyrklubs-forsamlinger i vores seng.
Jeg kunne ikke høre et muk.

Ferien var en succes for alle:
🏆 Vi vandt i nabolotteriet og hang ud med dem morgen, middag og aften.

🤯Kristian fandt verdens grimmeste sparemand i genbrugsen i Nexø.

🐙Og jeg fik badet alle mine hemmelige steder på øen.

👹 Eneste streg i regningen var lortemågen, der stjal min frøsnapper første morgen og derefter sad på teltet og hoverede resten af ugen.

🔫 Vi huskede airfryer og lyskæder i år - næste år tager jeg så også en luftbøsse med.

Turned 40 🤍 surrounded by friends, colleagues, and family from every walk of my life.

From high-school friends in Iran to neighbours, and women I met building The Soulfuls - every seat at this table carried a story, a season.

Before they arrived, I wrote a small note for each one, a few lines to say you belong here, not just in my home, but in my life.

Because every friendship, every collaboration, every late-night conversation has built me into who I am today.

Their presence has made me better.
Their honesty has made me stronger.
And their love, quiet or loud, has made me ‘me’ in all the right ways.

Turning 40 felt like standing in a room filled with mirrors of everything I’ve grown through: friendship, motherhood, mistakes, hope, and the beauty of still becoming.

To everyone who shared this moment with me (either in person or thoughts)🤍 thank you for showing up, for seeing me, and for reminding me what belonging truly feels like.

This table should have been much longer. I missed those who couldn’t be there 🤍and I’m sure I forgot a few names along the way 🤍 but you know who you are.

Ten years ago, I turned 30 equally pregnant partying with my fashion and fab friends in Marrakech(swip to go back in time); this time, it’s about grounding, clarity, and the woman I’ve become.
The next decade? More depth, more home, more belonging.
