“I love being in the industry because we are the frontline of the food supply chain that guarantees the sustainability of humankind. We represent traditions and cultures through our recipes. We represent a lineage of farmers, merchants, and artisans through our personally crafted menus. We bring the community together under the simple pleasures that makes us all humans. We have to stay educated and above all humble for the many arts and sciences that influence our trade on a daily basis.”

- I would love to see changes in both start-up incentives from banks and government unions to ensure fairness for all workers to age in the industry with guaranteed retirement funds and wage increases.

-We are the frontline to it all and the business that guarantees the end sale of the whole chain should not bear brunt of inflation. There needs to be a policy against price increases in certain sectors of the economy…especially the food supply chain.”- @luizarduini

Tequila Shrimp Scampi served with Lemon Ricotta Stuffed Ravioli - This dish turned out to be a hit and it’s definitely going in the notebook of recipes. Shrimp can be tricky to cook and flavor because it has a very sensitive porous skin which is easy to over season and over cook.
.
.
Here I have a very basic recipe for shrimp:
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Butter
- Lemon Zest and Juice
- Salt, Pepper, Chili Flakes
- Tequila
- Trader Joe’s Lemon Ricotta stuffed Raviolis
- Parmesan Cheese
Swipe right for all of the ingredients and measurement, but, except for the amount of butter, garlic, lemon, and parsley - lol, the seasoning and spices are all to your taste.
