POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little late, but I couldn’t leave this experience unshared.

From mid-March until the end of June, I spent three and a half months in Slovenia through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. I worked with the teams behind @utvv_slovenia , @kocevsko_outdoor and @socaoutdoor and helped organise trail running events in some incredible places.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed me, supported me and shared their experience with me🙌 I learned a lot, met so many great people and had an amazing time. By the end, I really didn’t want to leave.

A special thanks to @peter_dakskobler_marsky , who helped organise the whole stay, took care of everything and made this experience possible in the first place.

And of course, thanks to all my friends and family who came to visit me along the way😉

The Mont blanc experience is for experienced mountaineers confident on snow, ice, and exposed alpine terrain.

If you want to build skills before taking on Mont Blanc, start with our Winter Mountaineering Course — learn safe movement with crampons and an ice axe under IFMGA guidance.

Full Circle in Tolmin 💫

In 2019, I came to Tolmin as a total novice doing my very first Naviter Open. I had no clue how to properly fly a task, let alone put one into my instruments. Six years later I’m back in Tolmin... but this time as a Naviter Team Pilot, and running Escape’s first Tolmin XC course. 😅
WoW!
It’s scary how you can be so caught up in achieving your next goals that you forget how far you’ve actually come.

Six years ago, I never would’ve imagined having my own paragliding company, flying with the support of sponsors and competing at high speeds. Truly humbled.

So here’s a little appreciation post for the journey, the chaos, and all the beautiful madness in between.

To Mummy & Baba, Josh & family, and my amazing friends, thank you for always backing my crazy ideas and believing in me.
Here’s to the next chapter and all the things I can’t even dream of yet. 💥

One year ago I returned from Spain, hyped about flying at a top-level comp and motivated to keep pushing for better results, while last week I hung around at Naviter Open, a sports-level comp, meeting people I don’t see often and flying just for fun. With only two goals set: feel safe 100% of the time ✌️ and just enjoy the game we play with moody thermals 🌪️. It’s interesting to see how one’s goals can change in such a short time period.

Setting goals was also the topic of the talk I gave 🎤, and I’m more than pleased to hear from so many other pilots that we should talk about these things more often 💬. Thanks to @naviter.seeyou for setting ground for a comp where pilots can learn about all aspects of flying 🙌.

So here I am—flying just for fun at the moment. Maybe I’ll set new goals in a year or so 🤷‍♂️.
