Australia 🇦🇺 After months of planning, it’s good to finally be here in Adelaide for the 6th Australasian Youth Justice Conference, before continuing with a series of training sessions, community engagements and speaking opportunities across Adelaide and Melbourne. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be engaging with professionals, policymakers, researchers and community leaders, contributing to important conversations around youth justice, serious youth violence, child criminal exploitation and the influence of social media. I’ve always been passionate about bridging the gap between academia and frontline practice, and opportunities like this remind me why that matters. Different countries, different experiences, but so much we can learn from one another. A special thank you to David and Luka Chikwuba, Mwangaza and @mentoring.coaching.counselling for the invitation, hospitality and all the work behind the scenes to make this visit possible. Let’s get it..🌎
