If you focus on shit, shit grows.

And if you focus on the good, the good grows.

See, the quality of your life is not determined by what happens on the outside.

There are people who drive Ferraris, live in huge mansions, and are absolutely miserable.

It’s not the outside.

It’s the inside.

It’s your focus.

What do you focus on?

What’s good, or what’s bad?

What’s already there, or what’s missing?

Are you constantly focused on the past, or are you present with what’s happening right now?

Do you see life’s challenges as opportunities to grow, or do you focus on everything that’s going wrong?

You will experience more of what you focus on.

So train your focus to look for what’s good.

Train your focus to look for opportunities.

Because being pessimistic is easy. That’s why most people do it.

But if you want to live an epic life, you have to train your focus.

We’ve been told that love is hiding in the forever ♾️ But what if love is also hiding in the separation?

I know I’m a lover of life. A lover of God. A lover of love.
But I don’t think I ever really allowed myself to experience a lover in a human form..relationship where forever wasn’t promised.
And so over the last year, I called in a different kind of experience.

Not the “I get to keep you” kind of love
but the “While you are here, how can I cherish this precious moment with you?”

To allow someone to touch my heart so fcking deeply, just for a moment…without making them my entire world 🌎 yes it’s scary to “fall” and to let myself go into the unknown, but if I keep standing here resisting..I will never experience the fullness of something that could change my life.

And honestly, it’s been one of the most freeing and expansive experiences.

Ahhh this is how much open I can be?
Woah this is how much contraction I feel?
and even after everything, THIS is still how much love and gratitude my heart can experience?

It’s been a journey and I’m so thankful for all the beautiful humans I chose to dive into this season of growth with.

Now, on to the NEXT chapter ✨
