Old school strongman man 2026 🇩🇪 champion - Men u70kg

So basically plan was to take a year of but then i saw the legendary old school moves in the poster like the zercher log and Conventional deadlift and my Testosteron was just too high to hold back and just 3 weeks begore i decided to participate & i prepared 2 weeks for that competetion🦾🔱

Basically it was very important for me to have a national title in this sport i mean of course thats not all in strongman thats just old school but the lift lbs for lbs says everything.
I know i have plenty of potential there but i am happy that i have a 🇩🇪 title and even if its like on third of that sport im pretty happy about it😄

and it is probably my 1st and last strongman competetion☺️
I have some other goals for now so i will just keep moving forward.

so mentally i was prepared well🦾:)
Basically a Experienced athlete who had all the good & bad outcomes, i went for a pretty hard opener reminding myself
That either u do it now or Never…
It worked pretty well🤜🏿🤛🏻.

Even tho my goal with 125% for which i had to curl 81,5kg
Was not there but u learn Everytime something new
