A look into the last part of our prep work on game day for our pitchers:

Get the body moving fast
Rotate, rotate, rotate
Get a sweat going before you touch a baseball

Like to use stopwatches for the medballs and sprints with a partner to ensure they are competing with each other and going 100% on each rep

Today’s warmup for @emersoncollegebaseball pitchers - partner bear crawl tag

Get with a partner, get in a bear crawl, and try to tag each other’s hands. Full easy warmup in 4 minutes

Another day not a J band in sight

Today’s warmup for @emersoncollegebaseball pitchers

Recovery throwing day today, instead of doing 15 minutes of bands and plyos, chuck some med balls at each other for 3 minutes and I promise you will be ready to throw

My goal (especially for lower intent throwing days) is to not have any pitchers ever feel like they need to do bands before they throw

Get a sweat going, be athletic, and overall just fun as hell

Another great day with the squad
