SPORT SPECIFIC???
-
The only thing sport specific about this is that I added a clip of a sick goal at the beginning. This is how we train polo players, swimmers, and athletes of all sports. We work on improving their general physical qualities so that they can show up to practice and games more prepared to meet the demands of their sport.

If you train the human, then the athlete will be more equipped for their sport.

These past 4 years have meant so much to me. Thank you to all my friends, coaches, teachers, and especially my family for supporting me to be the best I can. I don't think I could ever fully express how thankful I am for all of you!

Last but not least, in our final Senior Spotlight, we’re highlighting Lukas Peters!
Lukas has been a four-year varsity swimmer, competing in the 200 and 500 freestyle. Lukas has been a constant source of positivity on the team.

This fall, Lukas will be attending the University of the Pacific, where he’ll continue his athletic journey playing water polo for one of the top programs in the nation. He plans to major in Business and bring the same drive and determination to his college career.

Congratulations, Lukas! Thank you for the energy and heart you’ve brought to DLS Swim. We’ll all be cheering you on—Go Tigers!
