Summer 26’ This summer was truly amazing. 4 Camps, 1 Trip with the brothers from back home, and an amazing friend group that I got to spend this summer with. All the things the Lord did this summer was truly marking. Super excited for what God has next!!

Wow! BASIC is an experience I’ll never forget. It gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, interact with new people, and create many new friendships. I’m so blessed that God gave me the opportunity to experience something as powerful as BASIC. It’s not a goodbye, but a see you later. 🀟 Council 10 Forever ❌

I signed up for advanced last minute. I was just expecting this to be another camp. Little did I know I would have 50 new lifelong friends by the end of this week. I got to be vulnerable, trust people, and see myself differently. I haven’t truly been myself in so long but being at advanced has really changed me. My five jellybeans was well spent with this amazing session. I found my why, my love for life, and my passion again for being a leader. This was the most loved and appreciated I’ve ever felt on my birthday. To the late night guitar sessions, having a task to complete, and small sessions, we grew. My last word of the day at 10:15 would be bittersweetπŸ₯Ή Get off of your phone and live your life. You have no idea what opportunities you are missing. Find your why, people, and most importantly yourself. You are so much more than what people define you as. You live everyday but only die once. β€œIt seems that the more places I see and experience, the bigger I realize the world to be. The more I become aware of, the more I realize how relatively little I know of it, how many places I have still to go, how much more there is to learn.” -Anthony Bourdain It’s not a goodbye, just a see you later. Better late than never but never late is better… Advanced session 3 where do I begin I truly have met some of the best people if that is just someone I talked to one night, had a conversation once, was my roommates, or I talked with all week everyone I met truly showed they wanted to be intentional with what they did all week and with that you guys all helped me feel seen I have always struggled with not having confidence but this week at advanced it showed me that I should not be afraid and put my phone down because those are the moments we truly miss in our life this whole week was me truly playing the role of the leader I want to be at my school thank you to all of the OASC facilitators Momma Mendi, Luke, Dalton, Adreana, Martha and all of the other facilitators who truly helped me find my why thank you to everyone this week these 5 jelly beans meant a whole lot I hope the rest of our jelly beans can mean something just as important finally it’s not good bye it’s see you later OHANA🀟🏽
