When a hobby becomes a lifestyle, honestly the best decision he’s ever made! What’s stopping 🫵🏽??

Righttt then Luke’s journey … Luke’s first time stepping into a gym was when he was 17. He used to find it hard to gain muscle , due to a high metabolism. But also having minimal experience on gaining size so his consistency dropped. But after 2 years of solid training and sticking to a nutritional high calorie diet this has resulted in major improvement📈to his physique. Grind never stops ‼️
