This week's clips! From team training, to college team drop ins, to our regular scheduled athletes this week was busy. Season is officially here and games have started which means you keep your foot on the gas pedal. Athletes, DON'T stop training in season. If you get the opportunity continue your training throughout the season. You don't want to lose what you worked so hard for over your offseason but most importantly you don't want to regress in your outputs.

Good-luck to all the high school athletes getting ready to start their season and to those getting ready to finish their high school careers. The time is now!🥩⌛️

Full day of Training for @luke.mendiburu

Today was considered a speed and power day. From weighted jumps, to box jumps, to sprints everything is performed with maximal intent. Learn how to generate force with your body more efficiently and things like strength/explosiveness/speed will add more tools to your tool-bag. @luke.mendiburu climbing!🥩🏈🆙

Monday's Work

Smooth day today with the Holiday! Some of the athletes had scrimmages, some had practice, and some had the day off. Consistency wins and showing up is half the battle. Your Monday lift is important IMO, sets the tone for the rest of the week and starts you on the right foot so never miss a Monday lift!
