Had the Privilege of working with the athletes on @uc_elites 14u team this offseason! [May/June]

TO YOUNG ATHLETES & PARENTS:

LIFTING IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUNG KIDS, DEVELOPING,
-Strength / -Physicality / -Toughness / -Balance / -Discipline

LIFTING (with proper technique) DOES NOT,
-Stunt your growth / -Create bad habits / -Make you slow

CONGRATS TO UC ELITE 14U FOR 3 7v7 CHAMPIONSHIPS IN 2026 SO FAR, KEEP WORKING!!!!

Luke Gutierrez is a 2030 Pro Style QB Prospect from Utah. He is highly regarded in the state as being one of the best Pro Style QB prospects in his class. Luke consistently shows great arm strength and gets the ball out quickly finding holes in defenses. As a result of his hardwork Luke has earned a 3 ⭐️ #vhhsprospectrating .

Athlete Film Breakdown @luke.qb1
✅ Strong and accurate thrower of the football on short, intermediate, and deep routes.
✅ Moves in pocket well to create additional time finding targets while throwing on the run.
✅ Makes good progressions in the pocket working through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reads.

Luke is a fun athlete to watch and will be a prospect to watch years to come. #footballprospects #footballrecruiting

Throwing medballs for what❓️ developing power 🔋 and to target proprioceptive responses that make tissue adaptations.

When you train this way the body will make changes accordingly and no matter if you throw or punch or strike..the body it knows and grows this pattern neurologically and from a tissue standpoint
(not just muscle)

We train movement patterns that translate to sports.

I try to teach my athletes and explain these terms. They don't care about terms. They care about results. And we deliver. @fitfactoryinc
