4TH AND 1. GAME ON THE LINE. WHO GETS THE BALL? 👇

When I decided to lunge a marathon, I had no training on long distance lunging or running. I did this to prove that by activating all muscles on your body, correcting overcompensation, improving joint mobility, and priming your stabilizers, your body can do extraordinary feats.

Your joints don’t take a beating when your mobility is unlocked and your primary stabilizers are actually activated. You can drastically increase performance across the board by just turning these things on.

Chronic pain is rarely structural failure, it is a coordination failure. When deep hip internal rotation is locked, your body overcompensates a ton. It forces your back, knees, and ankles to absorb force they aren’t designed to do.

My programming focuses entirely on eliminating this issue by targeting muscle activation, corrective exercise, and joint mobility:

MUSCULAR ACTIVATION: Turning on sleeping muscles before you load them with weight. This ensures your body actively uses its full power potential on all movements. Not just one individual muscle group doing all the work.

JOINT MOBILITY: Increasing end ranges on all joints so your system can absorb force. Think of a rubber band. If the rubber band can only move so much, all of that force is forced to go to one individual unit, which causes a lot of injuries.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES: Eliminating compensation so your body can produce maximum output and save yourself from injury.

Whether you are an athlete preparing for a season or an everyday individual trying to live without constant pain, the system remains the same. Stop overloading locked joints.

Ready to start progressing and maximize your body’s full potential? Tired of living without everyday pain?

Comment “Pain-Free” and I will send you a message on how we can do that!

Battle for the Legacy

In a Mountain West conference matchup, the San Jose State Spartans took on the Hawai’i Rainbow Warriors, where we would see the return of former UH QB Luke Weaver. The rivalry between the two would come close in the end, but the Spartans took control of the game in the first half being up 14-0. The Warriors would put some points on the board with a few field goals, then the momentum shifted when Senior WR Devin Alves scored on a touchdown pass from QB Micah Alejado for 58 yards to get the Rainbow Warriors back in the game. The Spartans would make the stops on defense to slow down the Warriors momentum and add on a few more field goals to take the win on the road.

Final Score: San Jose State 20 - Hawai’i 16

What a treat! Three Lancer Alumni battled it out on the gridiron last night in Hawaii. QB Luke Weaver and MLB Dylan Lee and their Spartans got the best of DB Kainoa Ontai and his Rainbow Warriors. So proud of the three off them. Keep leading your teams 🙌🇺🇸🏈
