Pro offseason starting up, college guys earning spots showing out in the fall, HS fellas stacking the offseason work. We are building something quite special in the Inland PNW. Takes a village.

October is here. Offseason is now. Hit360 and Pitch360 athletes have a nice head start.

One factor that can cause a large decline in command in-game vs. in training? The gap between training and competition is too wide, along with too little exposure. Most pitchers make facing hitters too big of a “thing,” to be honest.

You can flick sub max lives. Do it often. Make sure you stay within your prescribed intensities.

I find this valuable for my athletes for a few different reasons. In a controlled environment where they can get true instant feedback, things like working on new shapes, more intended zone work, and even focusing on what pitch “is good to throw” in certain situations. Pitchers also tend to rid themselves of the “lights too bright” effect going into their first full-intent live. It’s also a great way to drive meaningful reps in training and get real shape work in rather than a plain old bullpen. & above all else, it’s fun and the athletes love it.

Also on top of everything, it is quite valuable for someone like @luke_brown_34 who missed all of last season due to injury and is getting early exposure to facing hitters at submax intensities. Luke has been up to 93 and diced at 82-84 here.

Tons of growth from our core group stacking days in-house. Much enjoyment in watching this group build skill/physical adaptations over the summer, and then getting to put it to the test with @jyhacks hitters and vice versa. Environment is unmatched.

2026 EAST REGION CHAMPS. 🏆

Not given.
Earned.

Through adversity.
Through failure.
Through showing up when it wasn’t easy.

This group stayed the course.
Trusted the process.
Raised the standard.

Now it shows.

They didn’t just win games…
they learned how to compete, respond, and play for each other.

And we’re not done yet.

Brick by brick 🧱

Proud of this Spokane squad.

We’ve faced adversity.
We’ve taken some punches.
We’ve been tested in ways you can’t fake.

But something is changing…

This group is starting to come together.
Starting to trust each other.
Starting to understand what it actually takes to win—not just talent, but toughness, discipline, and doing your job for the guy next to you.

Winning isn’t just a result… it’s a standard.
It’s how you show up every day.
It’s how you respond when things don’t go your way.
It’s how you stay locked in, pitch after pitch, inning after inning.

We’re learning how to compete.
We’re learning how to finish.
We’re learning how to WIN.

And the best part… we’re just getting started.

Keep stacking. Keep growing. Keep raising the standard. 🧱

Winning isn’t easy.

It never has been… and it never will be.

That’s what makes it worth it.

Winning requires discipline when nobody’s watching.
It requires consistency when you’re tired.
It demands accountability, toughness, and the ability to show up the same way every single day.

That’s the part people don’t see.

They see the wins…
but they don’t see the habits behind it.
They don’t see the sacrifice.
They don’t see the standard.

Creating a winning culture isn’t about results —
it’s about building men who live by a code.

✔️ Show up
✔️ Do your job
✔️ Be selfless
✔️ Compete with intent
✔️ Hold the standard

That’s what winners do.

And when you get a group of guys who buy into that…

You celebrate it.

Because winning is hard.
Becoming a winner is even harder.

And that’s what we’re building.
