Still working hard for our veterans out in our community! The group has been dedicated to hand-making and giving blankets to the veterans that protected and served in our military. We love that we could help and look forward to serving in our community again! #thoughtfulthursday

✨ Visualization ➡️ Action ✨
Before the ball even touches his foot, this player saw it, felt it, and performed it perfectly in his mind. The ball rolling through the target. 👀⚽️

He turns vision into action. ✅ One touch, but multiplied by the mind. What if you trained every skill this way?

This simple process of visualizing + immediately acting helps athletes lock in technique, build confidence, and perform at their highest level.

Would you try this before your next rep? 👇

So many players are never taught the finer details of a proper pass, but these details will dial it in.

✅ Passing foot = perpendicular to your target line
✅ Hit the ball on your foot just below your ankle bone
✅ Contact the middle of the ball
✅ Follow through with heel & ankle bone straight down the line
✅ Body weight + passing foot simultaneously to the target

This is Part 1 of a progression 🎬
Next up → Passing after a skill move ➡️ and eventually applying it on goal 🔥
