ONLY THE HARD TOUR COMPLETED.

Probably my favourite tour for vibes and shows. We don’t need to focus on the negatives of what went wrong.

We should focus on the positive of knowing that it’s actually harder to land a punch against Mike Tyson than hit a fast ball. Ain’t that right @andrew_nyhc

It’s finally here! Paresthesia have today released their awaited debut EP Surgical Malpractice. It’s been a long time coming but I’m sure it’s been worth the wait

If you’ve seen them live (or even if you haven’t) you’d know how massive these guys kick off!

Get to know and give it a listen 🔥

The happiest of release days to @negativeframeldn whose debut album drops today. It’s haaaaaaard! Love these guys. Both them and their music. Listen. Go see them. Buy merch, like I did. Fanboy. Cheers boys for using that photo in the sleeve. Buzzing.

Yeah it’s desolated at jera. Deal with it. I only recently got my 360 cam back and it’s got heaps of clips.

Honestly though this fill hits right where it needs to. As most people are aware I champion any use of bells in drum fills. And this is probably my favourite moment from finding peace. What a fucking banger of an album.

Also desolate do not play to a click. How the fuck is this lining up so well with the actual album audio.

Share this shit. Your nan needs more British beatdown music in her life.
