To my first true love…❤️
Basketball has been the best thing to happen to me, and as much as it hurts me to let go, I can be nothing but happy and grateful that it has been apart of my life. For so long I thought that sports, basketball in general, defined who I was, but it’s not, Basketball shaped me into who I am, it taught me many lessons and I wish I could relive every game again. It hurts to know I won’t be able to be with this team on a court again, but I wouldn’t have rather done it with any other, I wouldn’t trade this team for the world, and what an ending they gave me to leave on. I hope that we set a new standard for Mabank Basketball… Thank you to the entire Mabank community, coaches, every teammate, and of course my family.
