Eight years ago I packed up my life in NYC and moved to LA to join the new team at Astralwerks. I thought it was just a job but spoiler… it was not just a job.

What followed was more than I ever could have imagined — a group of friends who became family, career moments I’ll never forget, and a whole new version of myself I didn’t know I needed. I came here to restart a team and ended up with so much more.

Today is my last day at Capitol/Astralwerks and I’m feeling all the things. I am eternally grateful for the ones who helped me kickstart it all and for the ones who helped rebuild along the way. I’m off to start a new adventure I can’t wait to share it with you soon🤍 •|

@ferzad & I grew up different. Our #MILF meant #MetalizeItLikeF*** and we did a fair few fun ones where we’d take a rock or a pop classic and really Brahmafy it & given @cyrus_broacha ‘s incessant prodding to bring the old days back in his @whatcyrussays last week, here’s a very quick comeback with everyone’s fav #Africa by @totothemselves but in the most @brahmametal way we could in the least time possible.

With @manasrk_ on bass duties and @hetarthmehta on drums and us we whipped out what we think is a mean one.

This one is pointless if you don’t listen on headphones so please do. Enjoy it, love it or hate it but have fun with it…

love when my Photos app takes me down nostalgia lane and puts together these little videos. This is bts from a photoshoot we did in 2018 with @kelianne Almost all of these looks were used for single covers and other various promo. At this point we hadn’t released any original music and were paying our rent via stock music and jingles. It’s hard to believe this was 8 years ago. 🤯 Shout out to the whole @astralwerksrecords team who took a chance on a couple of guys who liked to dress up as cowboys and German magicians.
