116kg/255lb clean & jerks are pretty routine for Coach @coach5oto now, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t still try hard everyday! Mindset is everything! He goes to compete for Puerto Rico in October, everyone wish him good fortune in his prep!

Been awhile since Coach @seanlongbao has filmed and edited a video for us. Let’s see if he’ll keep it up this time 😉

A snappy 95kg/209lb snatch by @chef_alfiero @heavy_metal_sausage215 !!

Pat’s been crushing it lately and has really cleaned up his snatch form, I think we’re gonna see 100+ snatches become routine in 2026 for him!

Do you want to learn the olympic lifts? Get faster and more explosive for your sport? Or do you wanna just get stronger? We can help with that! Remote coaching options available too, join our team, send us a message today!

Longtime member @jake.gldmn is getting closer to his old numbers!

Along with a 105kg/231lb snatch, this 120kg/265lb clean & jerk put him at a 225kg total for the day, and that was with a bunch of volume before those lifts too!

Wanna join our team and get into weightlifting? Trying to just get stronger for another sport? Are you a crossfitter trying to fine tune their olympic lifts? Message us today to get started!

A milestone PR for our athlete that always brings life to the club, Q!

90kg/198lb snatch from the floor! 100kg snatch coming soon, congrats Q!

Rob had a nice overhead max out day a few weeks ago, ending with a monstrous 150kg/330lb push press and a 180kg/396lb btn power jerk!

After a few initial misses at push pressing 150, we backed Rob off to 145. Dropping the weight helps prime an athlete’s body and nervous system for heavier weights and at the same time helps to re-establish confidence after failed lifts. Rob came back and made 150 with a bit of a fight, but also remained technically solid.

If you’re interested in lifting like this, send us a message, we can get you started today!

A well earned 5RM at 75kg/165lb from newer member Ben today!

Ben is a former student of Coach Sean and joined Moorestown in August this summer after graduating. When he first started he was struggling to squat 40kg for reps, but now has made 75kg look like RPE6!

He’s progressing in the olympic lifts too and you’ll be seeing him snatch big weights here soon!

Erin is a crossfitter who joined us recently from @crossfitturbocharged hoping to fine tune her weightlifting for crossfit, she’s already made some great technical improvements and recently hit this pretty power+full clean 1+1 at 60kg/132lb!

If you’re a crossfitter looking to improve your weightlifting game, send us a message! Always helpful to come to specialists, and we’ll program with your metcons in mind too!

Weightlifting is the sport of the snatch and clean and jerk, but you can’t get anywhere without the heavy squats to power those lifts. Pat demonstrates some of that hard work behind the speed with a grinder of an 8 rep max with 150kg/330lb!

Fantastic fight @heavy_metal_sausage215
