One more little detail,
Did I mention brunch at Brew and Bloom is included in your Bloom into Playfulness retreat experience?🍵🌺

Because playfulness isn't only about movement and creativity, it's also about savoring.
Connection
Receiving nourishment through every sense.

Through your eyes, being surrounded by beauty, color and the quiet magic of watercolor blooming into paper.

Throug your ears, soft, meaningful music, that invites your nervous system to soften while awakening sparks of aliveness.

Through your nose, the freshness of lemonade and coffee or the grounding comfort of essential oils.

Through your taste buds, savoring the deliciousness of the Brew and Bloom brunch.

Through touch and movement, sensing your breath, your rhythm, your whole body coming alive.

After softening, moving, creating, and meeting ourselves we gather for brunch.
A chance to integrate, laugh, and simply enjoy.

We’re incredibly honoured to share that 4 Points Health & Wellness has been voted Top Choice Wellness Centre for 2026 — for the SECOND year in a row! 🎉

Thank you to @topchoiceawards and to our amazing community for making this possible.

Awards like this don’t happen by accident — they happen because of an entire team and community showing up every single day.

✨ To our practitioners
Our team works tirelessly to make sure every patient receives thoughtful, thorough, and personalized care. Helping people move better, heal, and feel their best is at the heart of everything they do.

💻 To our incredible front desk team
The friendly faces and organized minds who keep the clinic flowing smoothly every day — scheduling, welcoming, supporting, and making sure every visit feels seamless from the moment you walk through the door.

That number means a lot more to us than just a milestone on social media. It represents 4,000 people connected to the story of 4 Points Health & Wellness.

Years ago, this clinic began as a small personal training and yoga studio founded by Alyssa in 2014, built around a simple idea: helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.

From that one-room studio grew a vision of something bigger — a collaborative space where movement, manual therapy, mental health, and nutrition could work together under one roof to help people truly heal and thrive.

What started small has grown into the multidisciplinary wellness centre you see today — and every step of that growth has happened because of the people who believed in it.

To our incredible practitioners who bring their passion, knowledge, and care into this space every day — thank you.

To the clients and patients who trusted us with your health, shared your experiences, told your friends, tagged us online, and supported us through word-of-mouth — thank you.

You are the reason this community keeps growing.

And while reaching 4K followers feels special… it’s really just another step in the journey.

There are big things coming this year.
We won’t reveal all the surprises yet — but with awards being won, our space continuing to grow, and new ideas taking shape, this is only the beginning.

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come…

But trust us — we’re not even close to done yet. ✨

🎨✨ A NEW WAY TO HEAL, CONNECT & CREATE… ✨🎨

We are beyond excited to welcome something truly special into our space at 4 Points Health & Wellness…

💜 Therapeutic Art Club with Arijana 💜
Held every second Monday starting March 2nd.

This isn’t just an art class. It’s an experience. A reset. A reconnection to yourself.

Arijana brings a warm, intuitive presence to our clinic, creating safe spaces where people feel supported and truly seen. Her approach blends creative expression with somatic grounding to help you gently process emotions and reconnect with your inner world.

🖌️ Creative Expression Without Pressure
No art experience needed. Through painting, collage, and mixed media, you’ll explore thoughts and emotions in a calm, judgment-free environment. Supplies are provided — just bring yourself.

🌿 What is Somatic Healing?
“Somatic” means body. Somatic healing focuses on the mind-body connection — helping you tune into physical sensations to better understand and release stored stress and emotion. Because what we carry mentally often shows up physically.

🧘‍♀️ How This Class Incorporates It
Each session includes:
• Gentle grounding exercises to regulate your nervous system
• Guided creative prompts for emotional exploration
• Optional journaling for deeper insight
• A supportive group space

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

At 4 Points, we believe healing happens in many forms — movement, manual therapy, mindset… and now creative expression. This series beautifully complements the integrative care we’re known for.

✨ 6 Session Pass: $180
✨ Drop-In: $35

If you’ve been craving a creative outlet or a space to simply breathe and reconnect — this is your invitation 💜

Shanghai Night ✨ | Celebrating Chinese Culture in Style

What an unforgettable night celebrating Lunar New Year through the magic of 1930s Shanghai — honoring tradition, elegance, and community 🏮💃🏽

Hosted by Chinatown Transformative Collaborative (CTC), whose vision is:
Thriving businesses and happy community members, a prosperous and sustainable hub of cultural, commercial, and social activity.

In partnership with the City of Edmonton, local organizations, non-profits, business owners, and residents, CTC is building a vibrant and inclusive Chinatown for all.

So grateful to share this special part of my culture with my friends and to celebrate alongside my parents 🥰

Special thank you to my dear friends Amanda and William of Dental Norwood for hosting us at your table, and to Catherine — the heartbeat behind it all — for bringing this beautiful event to life.
