It’s time for another floral workshop that will make a BIG impact 👒🐛 Join us on Sunday, November 15th for a special collaboration with @luminous_physique!

We’re bringing together movement, creativity, and community with a (beginner friendly) XFormer class & a floral workshop supporting girls education. This event is the perfect opportunity to do something special for yourself while supporting a meaningful cause.

A portion of the proceeds will go toward supporting girls’ education in Afghanistan through the 501(c)(3) nonprofit @handtohandsadaqahgroup AIDING PUBLIC & SECRET schools. With schools built and supplies donated, we were even able to reopen a girls school through your participation in the past!! 🧡 Together we are hoping to bring hope to their bright futures through school supplies!

Reserve your spot:
1. Visit luminousphysique.com/pricing (link in bio).
2. Purchase the *Fall Flow & Flowers* workshop ticket.
3. Log in to your Luminous Physique account, go to “Schedule,” and book your session for November 15th.

Please note: Tickets are nonrefundable once your spot is confirmed. If all sessions are full, join the waitlist for additional spots! If you are unable to book a session, of course you will receive a full refund.

Come move, create, and give back with us. We can’t wait to share this special experience with you!

Found my new favorite drink @drinkupdate and showing some love for my favorite Pilates reformer studio the instructors are all amazing and the aesthetic is gorgeous 🍒🌸 @luminous_physique. CAFFEINE-FREE ENERGY
CRASH-FREE ENERGY. So what makes this energy drink different? Instead of caffeine, UPDATE is powered by paraxanthine, the primary metabolite your body naturally produces after consuming caffeine.
