We LOVED the special personalised touches we were able to offer our guests at our Return to Self retreat.

Thanks to the amazing Sandra from @caitbillyandbowcreative for bringing our designs & visions to life.

Tshirts designed by @casscrouch & created by @caitbillyandbowcreative + mirror inspirations & name custom stickers for our vision journals - it was a real pleasure to treat our friends with these.
We believe everyone deserves to be seen & loved a little bit extra.

@bowen_mountain_retreat loved the mirror inspo so much they asked us to leave them on their mirrors for everyone to enjoy! We hope they’ve loved them Louise!

P.s. Sandra went above & beyond in the lead up to retreat & I appreciate her always x

Client highlight: @luminousbody.co

A holistic wellness centre on Wardell Rd, Marrickville. Five practitioners doing chiropractic, applied kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique, massage, psychotherapy and neurodevelopment.

They work on the idea that stress you never processed doesn’t disappear, it gets stored. Turns up later as the shoulder that won’t loosen, or the thing you’ve been managing for years without ever naming it. So instead of asking what’s wrong, they ask your body. Arm out, light pressure and it answers the questions your head has been dodging. Which is why someone books for a sore back and leaves having put down something else entirely.

Work like this runs on trust. Qualifications on their own are just letters. Writing on its own is just claims. Put a face next to both and it stops being a website and starts being a person.

Never underestimate what good branding photos can do for your business. 📸😊

Thank you @drjaxsonwearing

We’re deep into retreat preparation…

This past week I’ve been delving deep into some of my favourite texts to sign for inspiration for the transformational workshops.

Each day our participants will have the opportunity to connect in and explore their inner worlds through safe and compassionate facilitation.

I have loved remembering and rehashing how our subconscious limiting beliefs influence our everyday lives and I feel especially warm remembering that these limiting beliefs were made to protect ourselves when we couldn’t be protected.

Forever humbled by the grace and intelligence of the nervous system…

The processes included in the workshops are inspired by @drdarrenweissman @tonyrobbins @michael_a.singer @carolinemyss @drjoedispenza @katdiab_ creative_visualization @healdocumentry @kellygores and soon and so on ♥️✨

I didn’t expect to be transported back to my 20’s today! Someone dropped off these old beauties. Look at this vintage SHE! 1995. I don’t think I can throw this one out - it’s like a time capsule. Flicking through these feels like travelling into an old familiar world. Cutting them up feels so wrong… but we’re giving them new life & one where we don’t feel bad if our tummies aren’t flat!

Exciting new projects coming - starting with our Return to Self Retreat at the end of the month. Watch this space…

What magazines were your must reads back in the day?
- New Weekly, CLEO, Shop til You Drop, Cosmo, Dolly, Girlfriend, Harpers, Vogue Sweetie, darling?

Winter invites us to slow down, go within and meet the parts of ourselves waiting to be received.

Our next breathwork session is in the deep of winter and we’re creating a space where you can be received, find a path to your own depth and access your inner world through the transformational experience of breathwork.

In this season we become curious, we open and we allow ourselves to transcend through the breath, with sound healing, energy work and aromatherapy. This session acts as a tipping point as we allow ourselves to release what needs to be released, acknowledge what needs to be seen and emerge through the thinner veil of winter to realise our potential and feed that in integration.

This isn’t about becoming someone different, it is about remembering who you are.

If you’ve been craving connection, clarity and care for yourself, join us, we’d love to have you in the room.

In a world that asks you to move fast. To produce, to push, to keep going after your body has said “enough.”
This is your invitation to PRESS PAUSE. Quieten the noise, unclench & return to yourself.

Join Cassy Croucher & Dr Jaxson Wearing for an evening of deep exhale.
Through nourishing yin yoga, meditative breathwork and sound healing, we’ll create space for your body & mind to finally catch up with your soul. Stretch out, breathe fully, feel, release.

This experience is designed to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind and reconnect you to the wisdom beneath the constant doing. Because healing & growth isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s in the moment your body realises it’s safe enough to let go.

Limited spots available. Link in bio to join us x

Many people find their way into my office after a long journey through health care.

Often, their nervous system have been living in chronic, heightened state of fight, flight or freeze.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, it does its best to simply survive… not to heal.

Nervous system-focused chiropractic care supports balance and communication between the brain and body, creating space for healing.

Your body is not broken,
It may simply be asking for a different kind of care
