Safety is the #1 priority at Luminous. We're thrilled to be working with Keanu Uchida (he/him) on the development of Luminous Tour's safety measures and code of conduct (both internally and externally). We're collaborating together and adopting a host of safety and anti-sexual violence measures that he has created, such as protocols for hiring and a sexual violence reporting system. With this system in place, we'll be able to adequately respond to any and all claims of misconduct. Luminous plans to be the first dance convention to grow and implement these developing safety measures with Keanu’s guide.
