Perimenopause can be such a confusing and sometimes lonely time, can’t it?

One minute you’re absolutely fine, the next you’re wondering why you’re not sleeping, why your mood is all over the place, or why you’ve walked into a room and forgotten what you went in for! 🤣

And then you finally get an appointment with your GP and can’t remember half the things you’ve been experiencing!

I’ve been using an app called Luna Shift for the past couple of weeks, and I wanted to share it with you.

It’s a private perimenopause and menopause tracker for iPhone that allows you to record your symptoms, sleep, mood, hot flushes and even your HRT doses, if you take them.

It only takes a few seconds each day, and you can look back over your entries, see how you’ve been feeling over time and even choose to share a summary report with your healthcare professional.

For me, I think this could be particularly helpful for women at the beginning of their menopause journey, when everything feels a little overwhelming and you’re trying to make sense of what’s happening to your body.

I wish I’d had something like this when I first started experiencing symptoms!

Another thing I really like is the privacy aspect. There’s no account to create, your information stays on your phone and can be backed up to your own iCloud.

A little transparency from me. ❤️

When Solomon, the founder, first approached me, there was an opportunity to earn commission through an affiliate link. I decided not to take that option because I genuinely wanted to support a small business creating something I felt could be useful to women in this community.

I haven’t been paid to create this post, but Solomon kindly gifted me 12 months of Pro access, which I really appreciate.

As always, I only want to share things I feel are worth telling you about.

I’ve included some screenshots in the carousel so you can have a proper look at how the app works, rather than just taking my word for it!

Luna Shift is available on the Apple App Store, currently for iPhone only, and offers a 7-day free trial.
