No magic bullet in Jiu-Jitsu—just pure consistency.

Every Tuesday, our coaches train hard to stay sharp,
delivering the best possible lessons for our members.

They even review their training footage
to keep improving and growing.

Join us and be part of this journey.

Even our coaches step onto the mats as students.
🥋 Sparring. 📚 Learning. 📈 Growing.
They don’t just teach—they go through it too.
Just like the students, they experience the ups and downs—the wins and the losses.
And it’s through the losses that some of the most valuable learning happens.
They train hard to stay sharp—because delivering the best for our students starts with leading by example.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is always evolving, and so are we.
🔥 The grind never stops.

Lockdown Meal #2

Japanese Inspired Seafood Risotto served with a home-made mushroom furikake 🎎

“Yankito Secrets”

Iron Chef @lukitobob secret to a deep Unami flavour in this dish.

Our Dashi stock was prepared by soaking kombu for 6 hours. After 6 hours ,the stock was carefully cleaned and skimmed whilst on low heat for a additional hour.

Following this, our Dashi stock is then generously seasoned with shiitake, bonito flakes, as well as anchovies for a further 2 hours to maximise flavour.

As the completing element of the dish , the Dashi stock is infused with a fish and Chicken Stock.
