An insight to our retreat day🔮 if movement, sound baths, massage & margaritas are your thing then you’re definitely in the right place.

This is content from our ‘fake retreat’ to showcase what the day entails, so you won’t have to worry about being in any photos or videos on the day. Thank you to @chloe_noelx at @arlocreativehub for capturing these stunning moments📹

QUIET POWER IS FINALLY HERE.

We wanted to create the kind of women’s day we’ve both been craving.

Something with depth, but not a day that takes itself too seriously.

A chance to step away from everyday life, move out of your head and back into your body, experience something completely different and have proper conversations with brilliant women.

We’ll explore our bodies, feelings and the women we’re becoming, without making anyone feel as though they need to arrive with a problem to fix.

There’ll be sound, movement, ceremonial matcha, guided pressure points and Gua Sha, a Georgie Glow head massage, nourishing food, connection and moments we’re keeping completely secret.

Then we’ll turn up the music and pour our botanical margaritas, with a little nod to Practical Magic.

But one of the most important parts of Quiet Power is what won’t be there…

NO PHOTOGRAPHER.
NO FILMING.
NO CONTENT BEING CREATED.

We actually recreated the retreat with our friends to capture everything you see in this post.

Because how can we ask you to switch off, move freely or be completely present while wondering whether a camera is pointing at you?

You won’t need to think about how you look, whether you’re in the background of somebody’s Reel or if a vulnerable moment is being captured.

Once the doors close, the cameras stop.

What happens in the room belongs to the women in it.

You can come with a friend or completely on your own. You don’t need any experience with movement, sound or Gua Sha, and you’ll never be expected to share anything you don’t want to.

And if alcohol isn’t your thing, your botanical margarita will be made alcohol-free with exactly the same care.

From sound baths to margaritas, this is our version of a women’s day out.

I’m all for shooting content but in some settings it just needs to take a pause⏯️ I’ve noticed in moments we’re usually making memories we’ve actually started to focus more on getting our cameras out to appreciate, remind ourselves and show others BUT in doing this are we then affecting the present moment???! We all know the best memories are made off camera 📸

BUT PSSSSST 1 WEEK UNTIL WE LAUNCH OUR NEW RETREAT DETAILS & you can just FULLY switch off and enjoy a day not worrying if you’re in a piece of content.

A big thank you to the girls who joined us today so you guys can feel in a safer space. Big love 🧡🧡🧡

We’ve been dreaming up something for women who are craving more…

More connection. More meaning. More purpose. More understanding of our bodies, our emotions and the women we’re becoming.

There’ll be a sound bath, matcha, movement, a little magic and, judging by today, a lot of laughter.

We can’t tell you everything yet, but we can tell you it’s going to be very special.

this week has been rather fabulous if I’m honest even being SLIGHTLY ill 👀 cross country race for Felix to start the week. Football mum-ing in the Monday sunshine. Falling back in love with experimenting in the kitchen. Garden prepping. Car crashes call for impromptu exploring with Felix on a sunny Tuesday. Sauna and coffee Wednesdays. Beautiful bring a friend Friday class was BUZZING. The most special day with @snazzlesarah on the Jurassic coast and getting silly goose tattoos. Super Saturday max outs with coach. And the most gorgeous hummus and pitta at @baobab_cafe_crediton Finished off with a soundbath and 7k walk in the bluebell woods on Dartmoor! 🌷

Pregnant? 🤰🏽Want an hour to yourself each week to connect with your changing body, mind & emotions in a safe, nurturing space?

**NEW** Pregnancy Yoga Class
Wednesdays 7.15pm
Beginning 4th March 2026
at Luna & Wolf Exeter

This class emphasises positive body awareness and celebrates a unique time of transformation in the feminine life cycle. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimesters, first time mums or mums of many, no previous yoga experience required.

🤰🏻What to expect in a pregnancy yoga class:

💜 INCLUSIVE - These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels of experience with yoga. In fact, many women start practising yoga when they are pregnant and continue well beyond babies!

💜 TAILORED TO YOU - although many postures and practices will be similar to other yoga classes, the difference here is that everything we do is designed to support you during your pregnancy, prepare for a positive birth and signpost you to additional support services during the early postpartum days.

💜 PHYSICAL HEALTH - Safe and effective movement to strengthen key muscles during pregnancy and in preparation for a positive birth.

💜 MENTAL HEALTH - Breathing exercises, meditations and relaxation to calm a racing mind, reducing anxiety, fear or tension.

💜 CONFIDENCE - This class emphasises positive body awareness and celebrates a unique time of change in the feminine life cycle.

💜 COMMUNITY - a chance to connect with other pregnant women in a safe, nurturing space. Share as much or as little as you like about your own unique journey to becoming a mum. Really, I just love hanging out and doing yoga with pregnant mamas - you are all goddesses!

🗓 Classes will run weekly on Wednesdays at Luna & Wolf, Exeter, from 4th March. Booking through my website. Link in bio.
