We are joining forces with Lunette for women’s well-being! Throughout October, every Made-in-Finland Lunette menstrual cup you purchase does double the good: we will donate a second cup to a woman in need of one in Nepal.

Empowering women together

Low tox period care has been one of my favourite swaps. It’s taken me years to find what I love & what I’m comfortable using, it was really the starting point of my wellness journey 🩸🤍

As the blindfold started to come off, I began questioning the pill & other contraceptives/medications that were so easily prescribed to me, whether it was to “help my acne” or to stop me getting pregnant. When I came off them, I actually missed having a period. That’s when I learnt the bleed I had on the pill is a withdrawal bleed, not even a true period 🩸

It took me YEARRRRRS to get a regular cycle. There are so many possible contributors, but you don’t know until you know! Each month I feel like I’m getting closer to a cycle my body feels supported by.

So I felt called to share the few things that have helped me 🤍 if you have any others that help support you please share them below 👇 xx

Kotimaisen elokuvan ja naisten juhlaa tarjoili eilinen Alli Haapasalon Kerro kaikille -voimaelokuvan upea kutsuvierastilaisuus Finnkino Tennispalatsissa!

Punaisella matolla nähtiin mm. ohjaaja Alli Haapasalo, Yön kantaja -romaanin kirjoittanut Katja Kallio, tuottaja Teea Hyytiä sekä elokuvan valovoimaiset tähdet Marketta Tikkanen, Krista Kosonen, Alma Pöysti, Aamu Milonoff, Noora Dadu, Fanni Noroila, Tiina Weckström, Vilma Melasniemi, Terhi Suorlahti, Inke Koskinen sekä elokuvan musiikin säveltäneet Vilma Jää ja Kalle Vainio.

Kutsuvieraiden joukossa oli elokuvantekijöiden läheisten lisäksi monia muita tuttuja kasvoja mm. kameran edestä ja takaa.
Ennen elokuvan alkua nostettiin myös esiin muutama Elämämme vaikuttavat naiset -haasteeseen osallistunut tarina ja näitä ihania nostoja oli mahdollista lukea myös itse tilaisuudessa.

Elokuva sai raikuvat aplodit lopputekstien päätteeksi ja vilkas keskustelu elokuvasta ja sen tärkeästä sanomasta jatkui kuohuvatarjoilun myötä elokuvan jälkeen.
