Unreal experience in Charlotte. Honored to be invited into such an exclusive group of coaches who are still learning, sharing and growing our game. Coming home with plenty of ideas for our @semowbb team and staff.

And I’d be lying if meeting Jay Bilas wasn’t a full fan girl moment. I’ve looked up to him since high school, and he was every bit as genuine as I hoped.

Got to see former Redhawk @z0e.best , check out Charlotte’s beautiful campus, and even squeeze in some quality time with @lasprenk .

Quick trip. A lot learned. Thank you Bobby, @csetalent, & Shyatt Family for the invite and for making this a hit for all these years! Yes, it’s @atelierboutiquecape!

“I never wanted to be better than him. I just wanted to be like him.”

Matt Painter shares a raw and personal story about someone who left a lasting mark on him not through praise, but through presence.

Tough. Honest. Old school.

He was the kind of guy who could tear into you one moment and make you feel okay the next all in one sentence.

“I’d be sitting there thinking, is he about to fight me… or hug me?”

But you believed him. Because it was real. And because he cared.

This is the kind of respect that doesn’t come from a title it comes from how you carry yourself.
