today feels a little different 🥹💗 today i’m 2 years sober.

when i first got sober i dont think i fully understood how much my life was going to change. and somewhere along the way, sober queerious drag brunch became such a huge part of that change. it became more than just another show i produce… it became proof to myself that queer joy doesnt have to revolve around drinking. that we can still be loud, messy, fabulous, emotional, dance, laugh our asses off & feel completely free while sober.

and getting to host this show month after month means more to me than i can really put into words. every person who has performed, bought a ticket, tipped a queen, brought a friend or just showed up and existed in this space has become apart of my own recovery story too 🥹

2 years ago i couldnt have imagined this life for myself. and now i get to create the kind of space i needed when i was figuring out what being sober could even look like for me.

thank you for letting me build this with you. truly. 💗

and we keep going 🥹 sunday sept 6th, sober queerious drag brunch is back. 🌈
