We had such a fun time celebrating Sebs 12th Birthday at Universal Studios Hollywood.

This little guy went out there and did his thing! He has been working out with the older kids on @socalmenacebasketball as a practice player and put in some work with @nspiredculturebasketball and it shows. @savannah.puskarov25 @luv.savannah25 came home to help coach her baby brothers team and led them to their first win of the season. Let’s not forget about how we had the best 2 referees in town.

I have a special place in my heart for this team. They’ve accepted me in as one of their own and trusted me as a resource to help them grow as a team, as players and as individuals. Thank you so much to the coaching staff for supporting me through my program at CBU and allowing me to shine light in these ladies’ lives. And thank you to the ladies who have listened, participated, challenged themselves and each other, and included me as part of the team.

As a former collegiate basketball player, the feeling that basketball gives me is hard to fulfill elsewhere. Although I miss playing, cheering on the team and speaking life into them gets me so excited to show up. Moments like these are what motivate me in this field.
