Hello dear friends and happy Thursday 🤗
If you’ve been following our stories, you already heard yesterday’s good news- my results are back, and mama can finally breathe a little easier.

My detailed stool tests found no parasites, and my blood tests and lymph node results showed nothing alarming. A few values, including protein levels, were slightly raised, but we were told that wasn’t unexpected after being so dehydrated. Overall, pretty good results for a 14.5-year-old gentleman. Even better than expected. 😌

We still don’t really know what knocked me down quite so badly. After two weeks of tummy trouble, getting better and then worse again, mama would have loved an explanation. But we’re grateful the tests didn’t reveal anything more worrying, and we’re hoping this chapter is behind us.

For now, mama says we’re being VERY careful with my food. Apparently, this means eating my own meals without little extras from hers. I’m not sure I agreed to that part of the recovery plan. Negotiations are ongoing.

But I really am feeling much better. In our stories the day before yesterday, you could see me trotting around with my dog friends. Nobody could believe my age. Nearly 15, apparently giving five year old energy. 😎 Swipe to see what I mean 🤗

Seeing me like that meant so much to mama. This weekend really scared her. A few days later, there I was, following the gang like I had somewhere very important to be.

Thank you for every message, every check-in and every good wish. We say your support means a lot, but those aren’t just words. Some of you are countries and whole oceans away, yet your kindness reached us right here. And it helped mama more than you know. 🤍

We’re taking it one day at a time, hoping for more days like these. Preferably with dinner included. 😌
