Update:
Here we are again. Today marks 90 days of sobriety. This time around feels a lot different. My clarity, mindset, determination… I’m becoming the best version of myself and my awareness/ understanding of myself and my own needs is at an all time high. I’m eating right, and working on my physical body, mental/ emotional state, and spiritual being. It’s a lot of hard HARD work but here we are.

Been playing a lot of music, juggling, reading, hiking, sleeping well, pool, and a lot of gym time!

Also starting a new chapter/job with the National Park Service this Monday! Feeling extremely grateful, nervous, excited for the journey ahead. I couldn’t have done it with out all my friends and family so here’s to you. Thank you!

Ashley Born is inspiring, witchy, thoughtful, and strength in all its forms. I have seen her go through life’s challenges, biting clawing scratching screaming FEELING, and coming out the other side with nothin but love and a deep trust in life’s guidance. Somehow she keeps the faith, and it lights me up inside. She’s a reiki guide, a mermaid with a touch of siren, a yogi, a lover of hot tea and a fancy cocktail. She can wear anything and make it high fashion! She is a truth teller and a comfort to my soul. Thank you Ashley born for being (yes) one of my best friends. I love you in every incarnation. #babe

Yooo brudda….Man,…I can’t believe I’ve lived 3 years without you in my life. I literally don’t know how I’ve gotten here. But here we are. Today is a very hard day for me, this week was a very hard week for me. There are literally no words to make it any easier. So I’ll keep it short and sweet. Danny Range your irreplaceable. Thank you for making my life better. You will always live forever in my heart and mind. We miss you brotha. Everyday. Sending you peace and love always. I’ll see you again soon.
P.S. I’m doing better, I know I’ve had some rough moments, and I’ve been a real ass this year (your probably saying “yea, that checks out.”) but things are getting better. I promise we will talk again soon and I know you’ll be proud of everything I’m doing. Things are changing for the better and I’m on a healthier path. Life gets a little crazy sometimes but we endure and work towards the things we want/ need! I know wants meant to be will find it’s way to me. Btw, I’m gonna pick you some amazing fruit this winter in Hawaii. Pineapples, dragon fruit, mangos, you name it.
