Most people quit right before their breakthrough.

The difference between the people who make excuses... and the people who achieve isn’t luck. It’s the decision to keep going when every excuse tells you to stop.

Dig deeper than your fear. Work harder than your excuses. Stay focused longer than your doubts.

The life you dream of requires an entry fee!!! The entry fee is the version of you that’s willing to become uncomfortable, stay disciplined, and refuse to quit. It’s all preparing you for the person you’re becoming! ⭐️

What most of my training sessions look like.

Solo. No music. No distractions.

Just me, my thoughts, and the sounds of nature.

The rain couldn’t stop the big dawgs from showing up this morning! 💪🏾🌧️

Today’s intention was: “Adversity builds character.”

The real currency in life is the principles, values, and character you stand on as a man.

And one of the first steps toward building strong character is choosing to do hard things.

Showing up at 7:30 am on a Saturday to train alongside other men is one of those choices.

What we build out here goes beyond the beach. It shows up in how we carry ourselves every day.

TODAY’S WORKOUT 🌊

8 Rounds | Self-Paced

200m Run
8 KB or Sandbag Thrusters (Goblet Hold)
Banded Lateral Shuffles —(50 yd total)
8 Bent-Over Rows (KB or Sandbag)

Taking the rest of October to recharge. We’ll be back outside in November 🌿

The earth has a frequency. Most of us are too plugged in to feel it.

We scroll, we rush, we stay indoors, and then we wonder why we feel disconnected. Our bodies are wired to the earth. The faster the world moves, the more that connection matters.

In nature, things get quiet. You connect to your breath. You remember that you’re connected to something bigger than your to-do list.

Grounding is a remembrance of who you are. A sense of peace and belonging.

When was the last time you stood barefoot on the earth?

Step outside. Be still for a minute and let it reset you.

I love sharing my workouts and seeing people incorporate them into their own routines.

It’s also been amazing seeing the impact of our Saturday morning @luvsum.community workouts. Watching everyone challenge themselves and continue getting better has been special.

So I wanted to make these workouts accessible to more people, no matter where they are.

Introducing the LUVSUM Beach Workout Library. 🏝️⚡️

A growing collection of functional workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic performance.

Whether you’re training solo, with a group, on the beach, at the park, or at the gym, these workouts are designed to challenge you at your own pace.

We’re starting with 16 workouts across three training categories, with more to come as I continue programming.

One-time purchase. Lifetime access.

I’m excited to continue sharing what I love and building something that encourages more people to move, challenge themselves, and connect through fitness.
