When your big brother says, “Bro, I need you to teach my class,” apparently you teach the class. LOL. Especially when that class is more than 50 young men at Morehouse College! While I was in Georgia, my brother, Professor Henderson, gave me the opportunity to pour into his students as they prepare for upcoming networking events and career fairs. So you know what I did… I customized a session: “The Art and Power of Networking.” But Game Changers, we went deeper than handshakes, résumés, and elevator pitches. We talked SELF-LEADERSHIP. We challenged LIMITING BELIEFS. We talked about confidence, communication, authentic connection, and how to walk into a room ready to maximize the opportunities in front of you. Because you can have an incredible résumé and still talk yourself out of approaching the person who could help open your next door. Sometimes you’ve got to get past YOU before you can get to the opportunity. Thank you, Professor Henderson, aka BRO, for trusting me to pour into your students. They are truly blessed to have you as a teacher. Now college students, talk to me: What’s your BIGGEST challenge when it comes to networking or career fairs? Starting conversations? Confidence? Our favorite Summer Camp yet 💙 Summer Camp 2026 was so special for us. There is no greater joy than seeing students encounter God! After 9 years (Santos) and 7 years (Hannah) on staff at Vineyard Columbus, we will be transitioning out of our roles as Next Gen Pastors and moving to Pasadena, CA ☀️ Santos will be attending Fuller Seminary to pursue his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, to be a licensed counselor. We are so sad to be leaving people and a place that we love - but we are so grateful and excited for this next adventure that God is leading us into 🫶🏽 To our students - we love you more than you know!
