I’m so proud to share my very first project. I’m beyond thankful for every single person who supported me along the way. None of this would have been possible without the amazing people around me. And this year, Teyana has been my biggest inspiration. She pushed me to dream bigger and believe in myself. Her videos have really inspired me. I just really appreciate her work. I admire you Teyana
This project is a tribute to womanhood, individuality, and the cultural roots of Hip-Hop.
“Bare” here means emotional exposure showing women’s truth, strength, vulnerability, and complexity without sexualization. It’s about authenticity, presence, and self-determination.
The visual style blends clean compositions, expressive movement, intimate moments, and bold cinematics honoring Teyana’s storytelling while creating space for women, especially Black women, to be seen in their full power.
Heels, with its roots in jazz, musical theatre, ballroom culture, and Black artistry, becomes a tool of confidence, elegance, and empowerment not objectification. Suit-inspired looks channel dominance, control, and unapologetic femininity.
As someone raised in Hip-Hop culture, it’s important to me to give credit where it belongs. Black culture is the foundation. This project highlights its influence, uplifts Black women, and creates space without erasing origins.
This is Cultural Appreciation with intention. Artists are represented, not consumed. The culture is celebrated, not exploited.

A project about womanhood, identity, and the cultural roots of Hip-Hop. A space for women, especially Black women, to be seen in their strength, vulnerability, and complexity. A statement on self-determination, expression, and cultural appreciation.
Heels. Power. Presence. Black culture at the center. Appreciation, never appropriation.
This is my love letter to the culture I grew up in. A celebration. A reminder. A tribute.

The shoot on November 22nd was my very first project and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. I truly appreciate every single person involved, and I’m thankful for all the support, energy, and dedication that went into it. I can’t wait to share the final result with everyone soon.
