Every year we host a stage at the awesome @brunswickmusicfest Sydney Road Street Party and this year we’re bringing a huge afternoon of hardcore and emo/emo-adjacent music to bless the patrons of Sydney Rd and Weston St.
Our stage- called the Tonberang Ngarrga stage (meaning Born to Dance in the Woi Wurrung language!) will run from 12:30-5:10pm on MARCH 1ST. It is free and all ages 🫰

my debut ep, ‘desire makes you ugly’ will be out july 2nd 🫀

i often think about how desire can be such a forceful emotion- it drives you to act out in wild, crazy ways, which we aren’t always proud of. i have always been the most emotional and sensitive person in the room- it’s not a bad thing, but it sure does make you go mad sometimes. this ep sums up my deepest desires, my biggest losses, and my most honest feelings.

thank you to everyone who helped this project of mine come to life, i owe you all big time. it's been a long enough wait, and i appreciate your patience. thank you to my producer, hayden, for giving my songs life, for pitching your incredible ideas, for doing an absolute killer job on the drums, mixing the ep, and for teaching me along the way. thank you dean (at wrangler studios) for letting me visit on our drum tracking day, pitching in your wisdom and showing me some cool gear (and your incredible lamp that i should try and find my photo of). thank you calum for doing an incredible job at mastering the ep. thank you to all of my friends for helping me make decisions- and sorry for being so indecisive. and specifically thank you sena, for taking the pictures for the ep. i am so grateful for all of you and i really don’t know where i’d be without you all.

most importantly, i want to say thank you to my mum. you’ve supported me through this project and let me drive the process myself, and words can not express how grateful i am to have you as my mother, and how grateful i am that you trust me. i am grateful that you sat with me over countless dinners, listening to me cry and talk and laugh about all these situations that i have now turned into what i am so proud to call my debut ep. i love you mama <3 you are the strongest person i know and i am so proud to be your daughter. on that note, thank you to my extended family- you know who you are and i am so lucky to have your support.

and finally, thank you to the fans. i hope these songs find their way into your heart just like they did with mine. i wouldn’t be here without you and it’s still so weird to say “fans”. you are all my friends in my heart and i love you very much.
