Getting to take new classes from & support my colleagues is one of the sweetest perks of being an instructor

Nothing fills my cup more than teaching, celebrating people’s progress, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome the moment they walk through the door 💛

Movement is important, but the confidence, strength, and community built along the way are what make it truly special.
