dragged out 2025 recap!

honestly it's such a pleasure to be in the @luxxeproductionsau creative team! very very special to see my choreo on stage and it come to life on some pretty spectacular queens and dancers!

of course the biggest love and admiration for @justinekace for putting on this event for the second year now. It's only getting better and better. The way you dedicate yourself to this - no one would know the HALF of it. SO PROUD OF YOU for creating one of the very few platforms for emerging and pro drag performers. & huge shout out to the real queen of dragged out @taylahfromaus - nothing goes unnoticed. You're the best 🫶🏼

My dancers - thankyou for being such pros in this process! Love you all as humans and as dancers. Super special to be able to share this stage with you this year! @danica_mck @shyanandrews @_dowery_

my other half - @dominicthwaite thankyou for grounding me always. just love and adore you ❤️

All the queens - you are all so unique and talented, I loved working with you all this year! Crown or not, you are all winners for putting in the hard yards to make this happen. I'm super proud of you all 🫶🏼✨

& huge congrats to our winners !! @terry.daktyl @ellewould.xo @camilladragqueen 🤍

Dragged Out 2025… I have no words (but of course I’m gonna try). 👠💋✨

I’m so proud to have been back on the judging panel again this year. The talent, the energy, the confidence, the glam and the PRODUCTION… my jaw was on the floor all night.

One of the best parts about this event is the authenticity and the energy. I have so much respect for the performers who have real courage and what it takes to show up as your FULL self in a world that can be so judgmental, harsh and unwelcoming… and you all did it with such talent and creativity.

To one of my best friends @justinekace (aka the genius @martykoch @luxxeproductionsau ), you’ve built something that makes people feel seen, celebrated, and unstoppable. That’s rare. That’s powerful. And for anyone who knows you, it’s exactly who you are.

All of the performers this year were so incredibly talented and of course, a massive congratulations to our winner @terry.daktyl – you left us absolutely speechless. TRUE ✨👑 QUEENERGY.

and thank you Sue Porret and @pinkflamingolgbtqia for hosting such an incredible event in your space as always. #draggedout

My production number portion for my entry into Division 3 at DRAGGED OUT!

When creating this I wanted something that felt like a show. Something you would pay genuine money to see. I wanted the lighting to be of a big standard, the dancing to be of a good quality and the song to be a statement and seamlessly flow. I chose to also make it quite upbeat to incorporate structure and fluidity in the movements.
Massive shoutout to the people who made this a possibility!
My dancer @jessica.oehms and dancer/choreographer @kyehalll and to @justinekace @taylahfromaus and @luxxeproductionsau for gracing me with the opportunity to perform on the @pinkflamingolgbtqia stage.
And most of all I want to thank myself for pushing harder than I’ve pushed before to bring this to the stage and actually be happy and proud of what I presented.

I love drag and this is something I want to continue to grow and evolve and see what I can whip out in the future! See you next year dragged out!
