A aceptar ayuda. A darle tiempo. A tratarme con la paciencia que tantas veces les pido a mis atletas.

Detrás de cada meta está la persona que tendrá que vivir en ese cuerpo mucho después de cruzar la meta.

Quiero cuidar de esa persona también. 🤍

My recovery from pubalgia has brought me face to face with a question that reaches beyond sport:

Can I care for myself with the same commitment I bring to pushing myself?

I’m used to asking more of my body. More strength, more speed, one more effort… and sometimes I forget to thank it for everything it has already carried me through.

On this treatment table, I’m learning to listen. To accept help. To give myself time. To offer myself the patience I so often ask of my athletes.

Behind every goal is a person who will live in that body long after the finish line.

I want to take care of that person, too. 🤍

🎰🍸 Casino Royale night was a WIN! 🍸🎰

The Ruiz Law Firm was honored to be invited to the @pueblomedicalimaginglv Casino Royale event at @stoneysrockincountry last night! 🙌 We had an incredible time connecting with so many amazing people from across the Las Vegas personal injury community. ♠️♥️

Nights like this remind us how strong our local network is, and how much we all share the same goal: getting the injured the help and justice they deserve. 💪⚖️

Thank you to PMI for hosting and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🎲

Some Wednesdays are just BUILT different. 🔥🔥🔥
Today for #WeConnectWednesday, Las Vegas Physical Therapy & Sports came through for The Ruiz Law Firm team — and they did NOT hold back. 💪
🧠 A presentation that had everyone leaning in 🍽️ A lunch that had everyone going back for seconds 🤝 A partnership that reminds us why we do this work
When our clients get hurt, winning their case is only half the battle. The other half is getting them back on their feet — literally. That’s why we’re proud to connect with a team that’s as passionate about recovery as we are about justice. ⚖️❤️‍🩹
To the entire LVPT & Sports crew: thank you for fueling our minds AND our stomachs today 🙌
