THIS IS WHAT TWO YEARS OF TALENT MANAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE. 🎬💜

Conversations.
Connections.
Photoshoots.
Auditions.
Events.
Studio owners.
Talent.
And a whole lot of possibilities.

Over the past two years, we have had the absolute pleasure of working alongside studio owners and young performers across Australia - helping create pathways from the studio into the professional industry.

🫶🏼And honestly, this is the part we love most.

Seeing a studio owner realise that Talent Management could actually become part of their studio business.

You don’t need to build a Talent Agency from scratch.

There’s a system behind you.

And if you’ve been wondering what that could look like for your studio, come and ask me.

🎬 IT STARTS WITH GIVING YOUR TALENT THE TOOLS TO BE READY.

Professional photos 📸
Audition support 💻
Industry opportunities 💃 🎭

This is one part of what having an in-house Talent Agency can look like inside your studio.

And you don’t have to build it all yourself.

July = birthday month × 2! 🩷🩷
From salami making to @marnongestate, a Maccas birthday party, family and friends, industry events, winter sunshine, lots of laughs, plenty of cake & chocolate pudding… and in between it all, launching our next @designschool_ cohort. What a month. ✨💃🏻

Welcome to the Set The Scene family 🎭

We’re so excited to welcome our newest studios who are bringing the joy of acting to their students this year. From building confidence and creativity to giving kids another way to shine, it’s incredible to see more studios opening their doors to performance beyond dance.

With a classroom-ready program, supportive resources and a clear pathway through the STS curriculum, these studios are adding something truly special to their timetables — and we can’t wait to see their students grow.

Here’s to a big year of imagination, storytelling and students stepping into the spotlight. ✨
