🔥 New week. New moves.

Shake off Monday and start your week with Adult Breaking. Join Eroy Chan and Alex Rowland every Monday at 6pm.

You will learn the foundations of breaking, including top rock, footwork, power, and freezes, while building confidence, coordination, and style. Alongside learning a group choreographed routine, you will also develop your own solos, with both teachers guiding you through technique, performance, and self-expression.

This workshop is for adults who are completely new to breaking and want to explore movement, music, and self-expression in a supportive environment.

Book via the link in our bio!

"I wanted to launch myself into space and see what happened..." Steve Paxton

Infinitely grateful to these beautiful humans for taking this leap into the unknown, trusting my wild idea and employing all their skill, curiosity & generosity to co-create Momentum Lab.

Stripping back our interactions with aerial apparatus to the simplicity of listening to momentum and what it asked of our bodies - we weren't looking for tricks or skills but for what movement authentically emerged from each of us when we dialogue with falling, catching, and the trajectories of objects and bodies suspended in space.
