Watching my son graduate hits different when you know the full story.

Some lessons are taught, others are bought. Life has taught him both.

There were seasons where pain, frustration, loss, and immaturity could have easily taken him another direction. As his mother, I have watched him struggle, fall, learn, grow, and slowly mature through things many people never even knew he was carrying.

Little by little, I have watched God grow him up.

Not just academically, but personally. Learning accountability. Learning discipline. Learning how to respond instead of react. Learning who he is becoming as a young man.

The degree matters, but the growth behind it matters even more to me.

LY4FE was built during that process. Not just from ambition, but through real life, hard lessons, faith, pressure, mistakes, and growth.

I am proud of the man he is becoming. Prayer changes things. ✝️

6 months ago I was blessed to be a part of the TNC Dallas Showcase. Coming from NAIA/JUCO, and with life forcing me to step away from college basketball for a while, I had to really lock in mentally to find my way back to the game I love.

This opportunity found me, and I ran with it. Big s/o to everyone who helped me prepare and stayed in my corner through it all.

I’ve always been a 5-on-5 player at heart, but as I figure out my next move—with eligibility still on the table—I’m staying open. I’m not closing myself off to any opportunity that allows me to showcase my work and keep growing.

At the end of the day, I just want everything I do to glorify God and reflect the grind behind the scenes. This journey isn’t over.#C4 #LY4FE #WGS 🔥🔥🔥
