Three studios. One challenge. Big energy 🔥

Battle of the Ergs brought F45 Jumeirah, F45 Umm Suqeim, and F45 Dubai Hills together for an epic showdown on the rower, bike, and ski erg. A little competition, a lot of teamwork, and even more community spirit 💪

Thank you to every member who competed and to everyone who came to cheer and support on the day. That energy made all the difference.

Congratulations to the winning team from F45 Jumeirah
Adelfa, Lena, Sascha, and Michael W. 🏆

Shoutout to our amazing partners Practical, Fyool, Sweat Essentials, and Escape The Pain Massages for being part of the experience 🙌
